Description
In this shiur we will study the opinion of Rebby Yossi as it applies to three different cases. The first is in Bava Metzia 117a, when the tenant on top pours water onto the tenant living below. The second is in Bava Batra 22b, where one neighbor places his ladder up against his neighbor's wall and facilitates the attack of the weasel against his friend's birds. The third is in B"B 25b, when one neighbor plants a tree nearby his friend's Bor. This shiur is dedicated to defining the opinion of Rebby Yossi regarding Harchaka in "Girei Dilei" according to Rashi.
