Description

Introduction to the famous Mishna in Bava Batra 25b:, regarding planting trees near one's neighbor's Bor. The Mishna presents the machloket between Chachamim & Rebby Yossi as to whether the Rabanan instituted a requirement of Harchaka, to distance the tree from the neighbor's Bor. Rebby Yossi agrees that the Rabanan instituted a requirement of Harchaka in the case of "Girei DiLei". In this shiur we will read a number of comments of Rashi & Tos' throughout the Perek and attempt to define the concept of "Girei DiLei".
