Under what conditions can an employer fire his employee who failed to do his job properly? Must the employer warn the the employee? What constitutes an irreversible damage? Would the Halacha differentiate between an employee of the city who works for the public and an employee who is hired privately and works for an individual employer? Is a person allowed to open up a competitive business wher his friend already has opened such a business? Does the Halacha favor free market or does it limit the permissibility to allure someone else's clients? Can the fishermen put out their traps when someone has already baited the fish?
