In this shiur we will attempt to defend the Ramban against the question of the Rashba. We will analyze the case of Shimon who needs a 3 Tfachim HarChaka from Reuvain's Bor. Is this half a HarChaka, or a full one? The difference will be the case of planting mustard seeds which will damach Reuvain's bees. Is it meaningful to require Shimon a half of a HarChaka?
