The neighbor on top can block the neighbor on the bottom from establishing a bakery if the neighbor on top has designated his apartment as a storage area for grains, oil or wine. This would seem to contradict Rava who requires Harchaka even before the Cheftza HaNizak has been created. The Gemora answers "Dira Sha'ani". This shiur is dedicated to understand that answer. We will compare Rashi's interpretation to that of the Ri MiGash, and try to defend the latter against the onslaught of the Ramban and the Ktzot HaChoshen.
