In the first version Extreme Rava maintains that the first to dig his Bor must always be Marchik even if there is no Bor on the other side of the border between the two fields. In the second version Extreme Abaye alleviates the first from Harchaka even if we have all the reason to assume that his neighbor will be digging his Bor. In this shiur we will analyze the position of Abaye in the two versions & why Abaye in the first version is not concerned with the neighbor's rights to plant a tree.
