This shiur was given at the end of the Hachnasas Sefer Torah for the Sefer Torah given to Yeshiva Torat Shraga by the Goldberg, Silverman and Weiss families in honor of Mr. Yossi Goldberg's 80th birthday. Rabbi Weinberger's shiur was accompanied by a kumsitz led by Rabbi Shlomo Katz.
