Description

We will begin to analyze the opinion of the Ran that even if Lav Shmay Hezek, there is no need for witnesses to testify that the two neighbors agreed to build a wall. This is the opposite of Rabbenu Yona's view that we cannot assume that the wall was built as a joint effort and belongs to both neighbors in the absence of witnesses who testify that both neighbors committed themselves with a Kinyan to build the wall.
