The Mishna writes "VeChen BiGina" and the Gemorah quotes this as a proof that Hezek Reiah Shmei Hezek. The Gemorah rejects this proof because "Ginah Sh'ani". In this shiur we will analyze the nature of the Hezek in a garden, a "ginah". Is it a sub-category of Hezek reiah or a new category of Ayin HaRa? And how does "gina" compare to "chazteir"? Which of the two is more strict and which less? We will chart out the various opinions in the Rishonim and offer a number of differences between the two definitions.
