If Hezek Reiya Lav Smei Hezek, what would be the law had the Mishna written "Oso" instead of "HaKosel"? The Rishonim prove that we must generate three Halachos in this context. 1. The division without "Ratzu"; 2. the division with "Ratzu", i.e. the Mesifas; and finally 3. the division of the law established by our Mishnah, i.e., HaKol KiMinhag HaMedina. The goal of this shiur is to define the differences between these three Dinim.
