We will analyze the opinion of the Rosh regarding a variety of issues pertaining to our Mishna, and attempt at integrating all of these into one whole. Although the "mechayev" of the wall is Hezek ReIya, the obligation itself is monetary, and the Minhag will establish the wall in the fairest way for both partners. We will investigate a number of scenarios where the dimension of mazik is removed but the monetary claims of the partners need to be addressed and visa versa.
