Based on our definition of the obligation to build the wall between the two partners as a monetary obligation, we can understand the Ri Migash, the Ra'ah, and the Rashash. But is this definition universally accepted? A careful analysis of the Rashi, and a simple reading of the Yad Ramah, will lead us to a different definition of the nature of this obligation to build a wall.
