Description

The employer agreed to pay the employee for a particular job, but the exact terms of payment were not negotiated. This shiur will explore three possible ways of determining what wages the employer must pay the employee. A Talmud Torah hired a principal but it turns out that he was not the right man for the job. What is to be done and if the principal is fired must the school continue to honer the contract and pay his wages?
