Description

This shiur analyzed the machlokes between Rav Yehudah and Chachamim regarding the mitzva of Tashbisu of chometz based on the thesis developed by Rav Chaim Soloveitchick. The shiur also addressed the Rambam shita regarding esureh hannah that are nisraphim with respect to kodshim and meylah based on the netivos thesis of the difference between kedushas misbeach and kedushas bedek habait.
