      Dear Rabbi Sobolofsky, Is it correct to say that one of the nafka mina's between the Rambam (as interpreted by the Shev Shmaisa) and the Rashba is that the Rambam would be lenient even by a 25% good, 75% bad case for a lo s'asei and would be stringent even by a 75% good, 25% bad case for an asei? The Rashba would be stringent by the former and lenient by the latter? Thank you.
