Description

Minchat Chinuch 11:7 - Do the laws of shemirah (guardianship) apply to relationships between Jews and non-Jews? Even if shemirah does not apply, is the guardian responsible not to be careless? And what level of responsibility for a non-Jew's chametz triggers my obligation to destroy it before Pesach? A machlokes between Rashi, Rosh and Rambam, as understood by the Minchas Chinuch and the Shaagas Aryeh (88).
