Rav Willig discusses the dangers of the internet. The importance of using filters and an 'Areivim' type program. One should never poke fun at chumras in the area of avoiding Arayos. The Rambam (end of Issurei Biyah) describes that if one wants to avoid Issurei Arayos, he should fill his mind with Torah and Chochmah.
