Second part of a two-part shiur on kefiyyah, based on the Minchas Chinuch in Mitzvah 8 and several simanim in Sdei Chemed כ. Addressing the question of why killing a rodef is limited to certain prohibitions while kefiyyah applies to a broad range of mitzvos, and the question of whether one who intends to fulfill the aseh that cuts off a lav is still in violation of the aseh, and the question of whether a lav hanitak la'aseh is erased by fulfillment of the aseh.
