Description

Today's shiur begins a quick Chazarah on our Sugiah beginning on 41b. If a couple had relations on Sunday and the woman went to Mikvah on Monday, would she still be Tameiah on Tuesday from the Shichvas Zerah? Are we dealing with a Safek or a Vadai? Rava presents his poisition as if it's a Vadai, but the Gemera, in turn, makes sense as though it's a Safek. The Gemera reminds us that a Baal Keri is a unique concern as Hashem was concerned about Baal Keri by Matan Torah, but not by Tumahs Magoh. Shiur ends with a couple of ideas from the Midrash Rabbah on Parshas Emor.
