Description

The Gemera is troubled by the Mishna's statement that all Kusim have the status of Baali Niddah, and goes to great lengths in an attempt to save them, though ultimately concludes that they are. The following Mishna is about Tzaduki women, and their relationship with Hilchos Niddah. Rabbi Tendler believes that these two Mishnayos give insight into what lengths we must go to not give up on our less Torah-observant brethren.
