Description

The Bnei Kusi are all considered to be Boel Niddah and the Bnos Kusim are Niddahs from birth. In general, we have a rule to follow Rov, and another rule to follow Chazakah, however the Rov of Tinokos are not Niddahs, so why would the Bnos Kusim have such a Chazakah? Rebbe Meir is Chosheh for the Miut, but even he isn't Choshesh for the Miuta d'Miutah. How do the Bnos Yisroel fit in, as they have a different Chazakah?
