Description

The Gemera delineates the different trimesters of pregnancy, and when Biyah is positive to the mother and Vlad, and when it is negative. The Gemera states that a couple who has Biyah 90 days after conception will kill the Vlad; but it is often difficult to determine the date of conception. As a result, Abaye says "Shomer Pisayim Hashem;" this leads to a discussion of other instances of Shomer Pisayim Hashem, and ultimately a look through the Igros Moshe on smoking.
