Description

The Gemera continues its to discuss the consequences of a woman giving birth to something not quite human, and whether or not it is to be considered human. Rabbi Tendler uses the Gemera here as a spring-board to discuss gender roles in Halachah because of the story involving a Halachic discussion amongst women. The Gemera on the next Mishnah gives a warning not to answer more than the question asked.
