      Recently saw in a sefer about letters and mesora that Mordechai and Esther were not fully succesful in annuling the gezeira and that it came back as gezeiras Ta'Ch, with that generation being gilgulim of the generation of Shushan.

      The remez is in the large ches of "chur karpas" and the large tess of "va'tichtov esther" at the end of the megilla.
