      Would the honored Rabbi elucidate the halacha of the Eved Canaani who is among those who do not worship idols. Is he killed anyway as property? Assuming not, who owns him afterward? The only one I saw who addresses the question at all is Minchas Chinuch, and he does so only according to the literal interpretation of the Rambam (that even the minor children of the resha'im are killed.) What happens according to Yad Ramah or R Shimon Mishantz who disagree?
