For the 13th year in a row, Ira Lipman has dedicated Torah Scrolls to various college campuses around the country. This dedication, a Hachnosas Sefer Torah, takes place at Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY campus. It happened on Wednesday, May 30, 2007. The hebrew date was 13 Sivan 5767 on the Yahrzheit of Ira's father, Mark Lipman z"l. Several Rabbis give divrei Torah. There are also periods of singing, and the words of the main people involved in the making of this event as well.
