א"ל ע"א אכלת חלב והוא אומר לא אכל ה"ז מביא אשם תלוי. ומשמע דע"א בהכחשה ספיקא הוי, וכן כתב הרמב"ם בם גירוין פי"ב. אמנם הרמב"ן חולק ע"ז וסובר דע"א בהכחשה לאו כלום הוא, וע' מש"כ בזה במחנה אפרים (הל' עדות סי' ח').
