Ki Teitzei

Description

This shiur discusses some of the Piskei Halacha of Israeli Poskim for Tzahal. Specifically, the Halacha recognizes "army protocol" as a significant factor. This shiur addresses the questions of violating Shabbos to remove a fallen soldier's body, and allowing soldiers to violate Shabbos in order to visit their family members during a short break. The shiur connects these questions to Parshas Ki Teitzei.
