Description

Some say that women are NOT obligated in RABBINIC Time-Bounded commandments and thus wouldn't be obligated in this...though others say that they are + this is not a time-bounded commandment as it goes all day and night, not to mention that women need as much "security" as men from the fate of not saying it daily
