Description

Is saying 100 berachot a day an OBLIGATION or just a NATRUAL OCCURANCE will determine what to do on a Shabbat, Yom Tov, Fast-Day and Yom Kippur when we come up short: if it's an obligation, we would have to INDUCE Berachot that we are OBLIGATED in, but if it's a natrual occurance, we would be "יוצא" with what we natrually "hear" on those days, whether or not obligated in them
