Description

As Israel is one Parsha ahead of communities outside of it, must you make a seperate minyan to make up for what you missed [i.el.- laining is a personal obligation]? Or is it not nessecary [i.e.- laining is a communal obligation[? Or perhaps it's so nessecary that EVERY time you lain [including Monday/Thursday] there has to be a seperate Minyan?
