Description

If there's a mitzva to be blessed, then it seems that it's critical to stand IN FRONT of the Kohen Duchening, and thus the Chazzan should move [if his place is not in front of them] as well as a Kohen should try to go from shul to shul to bless the people and fulfill THEIR obligation. But if there's no Mitzva to be blessed, no need to go to these extents
