At Mincha, the MAJORITY say to change from singular to plural, thus saying בם or בהן. This would influence what we say prior, namley in place of שבת perhaps it should be שבתות and perhaps in place of יום שבת קדשך that the RAV z"l added in the AM [to insure the consistancy with the masculine בו], at Mincha, you should say שבתות or ימי שבתות in order to say בם or בהן
