Description

The laining of a Fast-Day calls into question many of the ACCEPTED Halachik practices during the year, such as: 1) The Choice: we don't read what the Mishna instructed to 2) Skipping in the Torah reading from place to place between Aliyot 3) Reading Verses OUT-LOUD by the Congragation 4) And finally, why do we read verses out loud in the Aliya of Kohen and Yisrael and NOT in the middle Aliya of Levi?
