This shiur discusses the Halachos related to lighting Chanukah candles in shul and other public settings, outside of shul. This shiur was given to specifically recognize the accomplishments of Chabbad around the world in light of the recent tragedy in Bondi Beach, Australia. The massacre took place at a Chabbad event, and the chabbad Rabbi was killed. The shiur starts with mefarshim on Parshas Mikeitz and then segues into Hilchos Chanukah. Hashkafa from the Lubavitcher Rebbe is mentioned at the end of the shiur.
