      Shalom. It is my recollection that Rav Soloveitchik Zt'l would daven as the sefardim do - All would start shemone esraeh together and the chazen would say kedusha Explanation was that this way you accomplish tifila betzibbuer since all ten people are saying shemone esrahe together. Rav Schater mentions this often as well. Continued Hatzlacha!
