Why do we Add ואני תפילתי at Mincha on Shabbat, if EVERY Mincha is a "favroable time"? It seems that Mincha on Shabbat is ESPECIALLY favroable either because we make a super effort to be there [especially on a short winter Shabbat] or because we read the Torah for those that missed minyan all week due to work- a message regarding looking out for EVERY JEW at every level
