Does אין כאלו-הינו REQUIRE Kaddish as the END of Shacharit, or perhaps if you daven נוסח ספרד you can say just ONE Kaddish after עלינו [which follows אין כאלו-הינו] and also SKIP the passage א"ר אלעזר א"ר חנינא תלמידי חכמים...יברך את עמו בשלום as well. If so, on Shabbat, both נוסח אשכנז and נוסח ספרד can say just ONE Kaddish after עלינו both skipping the passage א"ר אלעזר....יברך עת עמו בשלום
