      Hope you and your family are well.What keeps Chassidim on the path in additional to learning nigleh of Torah is their connection to the Rebbe, following his ways and learning his Torah, Chassidus, the inner teachings of Torah. By doing so, one senses the G-dliness of one's learning and there is an overriding sense of kabolas ol and bittul before understanding Torah teachings through seichel.

        My understanding simply supplements your insights. After all, a Litvak also has a rebbi. Nevertheless, it is lacking the milieu and environment of the chassidic world.
