In a world that too often struggles to differentiate between right and wrong, and to clearly distinguish Israel from Hamas, or legitimate self-defense from radical jihadism, I offer this brief message in memory of the victims of 9/11. Rav Kook and Shadal share an understanding of the Akeidah that helps clarify the difference between Radical Islam and Judaism.
