      Shalom, I just heard your shiur about someone who was mekadesh b'shtar on a napkin. I understood the diyun about eid echad b'kidushin - but isn't this really a case of mekadesh b'ksav yado b'li aidim, which would be a machlokes Rishonim and the Aruch Hashulchan (EH 32:7) seems to pasqen like the Rama to be choshesh for Kedushin? Maybe I am missing something... Todah!
