Description

This shiur connects the Halachos of Hashavas Aveida and the mitzvah of Teshuva. Specifically, the shiur focuses on the issur to ignore lost objects and connects that aveira to the need to not ignore one's own faults in the teshuva process. The shiur also focuses on the machlokes between the Rambam and the Tur regarding an item that was "intentionally lost." The shiur also points out how the theme of hidden items connects to Rosh Hashanah.
