Description

This shiur lists examples in Parshas Shoftim where the Torah demands that we not be too merciful towards evil people. The Torah makes it very clear that there is a problem with being too easy going in certain situations. This shiur elaborates on this concept with Halachik examples as well as discussing the general Hashkafa.
