מַחֲשָׁבוֹת בְּעֵצָה תִכּוֹן וּבְתַחְבֻּלוֹת עֲשֵׂה מִלְחָמָה: This morning (7/28/21) we returned to "regular Mishlei," resuming where we left off in June. Today's pasuk seemed to fall into the "Duh!" category, but as always, deeper analysis revealed Mishleic wisdom.
