NOTE: I make a mistake when reading and translating this pasuk at the beginning of shiur (incorrectly placing the asnachta). The mistake is pointed out to me in the early part of shiur. מְחַשֵּׁב לְהָרֵעַ לוֹ בַּעַל מְזִמּוֹת יִקְרָאוּ: Synopsis: This morning (2/27/23), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we began an interestingly ambiguous pasuk about planning and plotting.
