Can a person מחוייב in מגילה on one day be מוציא others who are מחוייבין another day (ex: בן עיר reading for בני כפרים on י"ב אדר or for בני כרכין on ט"ו אדר)? How does the nature of ערבות impact the answer of this question? What doesnt ערבות apply to ברכות הנהנין? What about a ברכת הנהנין which accompanies a ברכת המצוה?
