Description

Can a deaf person blow a שופר and be מוציא others in the מצוה? Does this question depend on the nature of ערבות, stemming from the particular mitzvah at hand or stemming from a general question? Is a בר חיובא דרבנן able to be מוציא another person who is obligated in the mitzvah even מדאורייתא?
