בֵּן חָכָם יְשַׂמַּח אָב וּכְסִיל אָדָם בּוֹזֶה אִמּוֹ: This morning (2/26/25), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we began a NEW section in Mishlei (at least, according to R' Sheishes ben Yitzchak). This pasuk bears a striking resemblance to the introductory pasuk of "Mishlei proper," in 10:1. We came up with some nice ideas of our own and read Metzudas David's commentary.
