עֹשֵׁק דָּל חֵרֵף עֹשֵׂהוּ, וּמְכַבְּדוֹ חֹנֵן אֶבְיוֹן: This morning (5/16/24), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we supported yesterday's two approaches with explanations from the meforshim. Next, we learned the Malbim's idea, which took us into my favorite comments from the Malbim on Iyov in which he spells out his views on hashgachah. At the very end, we speculated on what type of derech nistar idea the Meiri might give, but we'll have to wait until next week (בג"ה) because the Meiri learns this week's pasuk as connected to next week's.
