עֹשֵׁק דָּל חֵרֵף עֹשֵׂהוּ, וּמְכַבְּדוֹ חֹנֵן אֶבְיוֹן: This morning (5/15/24), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we began learning a pasuk which exemplifies the interrelationship between mussar and our relationship with God. We developed two approaches, found one of them acknowledged by Metzudas David, and were then blindsided by Rabbeinu Yonah.
